On September 10th, 2024, Mothers in Science hosted an interactive workshop focused on assertiveness and boundary-setting in the workplace. In this hands-on session, attendees learned effective strategies for establishing constructive boundaries and improving their interpersonal communication skills.
Participants conducted individual and group exercises in breakout rooms and had the opportunity to connect and share insights with like-minded people in a supportive and safe space.
